In 2014, Vijyoti brought to India ROTEM® point-of-care diagnostic equipment and reagents as sole distributor for TEM International GmbH, a Munich-based international sales and distribution company of TEM Group, acquired by Werfen, worldwide leader in specialized diagnostics in the areas of Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics and Autoimmunity.

A channel partner of Werfen India Pvt. Ltd. for ROTEM® point-of-care diagnostic equipment Vijyoti is a strong advocate of Patient Blood Management, which is a systematic, multi-disciplinary-professional concept to routinely minimize risk factors, including blood loss and coagulopathy with bleeding, in the decision-making process for blood transfusion. Largely preventable, such risk factors lead to significant increase in morbidity and mortality with an extended length of stay in the hospital and ICU. Vijyoti has introduced top hospital chains in India to ROTEM® along with Werfen’s Arterial Blood Gas Analyzers called Gem Series across both private and public hospitals in India.
