- WerfenTEM Group is acquired by Werfen, worldwide leader in specialized diagnostics in Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics and Autoimmunity. Vijyoti becomes a channel partner of Werfen India Pvt. Ltd.
- 2019Vijyoti Medical Pvt. Ltd. is established, specializing in hemostasis and advanced healthcare solutions.
- 2022The group expands to the Philippines with Vijyoti Medical Supplies Company of Manila, Inc.
